How do interested holidaymakers contact me?
A potential customer can contact you by clicking the “enquiry” button displayed at the bottom of the page which shows your property. This button opens a form which can be sent to you by E-mail. Alternatively, the form can be printed out and faxed or posted to you. Enquiries and bookings are forwarded directly to you.
Furthermore, the page containing your property has a “Property owner information” button. This button displays all your contact information.
How do customers book a holiday home or apartment?
A potential customer can book a property by clicking the “enquiry” button displayed at the bottom of the page which shows your property. This button opens a form which can be sent to the property owner by E-mail. The customer can also send his booking directly by E-mail, fax, or post using the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the enquiry sheet. Enquiries and bookings are all forwarded directly to you and the booking agreement is made between the holidaymaker and property owner.

Can I save my favourite holiday homes in my favourites list although I am a property owner?
Yes, of course, this function is available to all registered users. You can choose all your favourite holiday homes and store them in your favourites list and you can retrieve the properties at anytime.
You can administer your favourites list in the section “Personal data, favourites”.
The administration function for the favourite list can be found under “Personal data, favourites”.
You can also select your favourite holiday homes from your favourites list and send them to friends, family, or whoever else they may interest.
How can I recommend properties from my favourites list to other people?
You can recommend the website residencio.com, selected properties or your favourites list to anyone.
