How can I advertise my holiday property on residencio?

It’s very simple. As soon as you’ve registered with residencio and received your password you can login and click on the menu button “Administration, New property” to submit your property.

The system then guides you through the different stages of the submission process. Firstly, you choose a price model and then you select a location, describe the property, specify the seasonal dates and, finally, you can upload photographs of your property. You can check all the information and make any corrections. If you’re happy with the result you can complete the submission process.

Now your property can be viewed online on residencio and is open to enquiries from holidaymakers.

How can I view my own holiday property and change its information?

You can view your own advertisements at anytime and change texts and pictures using your personal account in the section "Administration, Display property”.

You can change any part of the advertisement separately and save your changes.

You can access the administration section by entering your personal login details contained in the E-Mail you received when you registered with residencio

How can I remove my property from the selection?

You can delete your property from our database by accessing your personal account using the buttons "Administration, Display properties".

Please note that charges paid for a property expire when it is deleted

Can I advertise a link to my homepage?

Yes, if you have selected our Plus package you can enter a link to your homepage. You can do this while submitting your property or later by visiting the section “Administration, Property“. Potential customers will be redirected to your homepage with one click.

How do holidaymakers find my property?

Holidaymakers can find your property by using 3 different search options on residencio. Furthermore, you can send your advertisements to family and friends.

If you have selected our Plus Package you benefit from a higher ranking in the search results and the “Tip of the Day” rotation.

How much does it cost to submit a holiday property?

There is no charge for submitting properties in the Basic package.

Alternatively, our Plus package, which is subject to a small fee, offers you considerable advantages for marketing your properties. Features include up to 20 pictures per property, a link to your homepage, higher ranking in search results, statistics, picture enlargement and the "Tip of the Day" rotation.

Our Plus account is a very good offer at an annual subscription rate of 55 EUR

How do I pay for the Plus package?

You must provide your bank account number and sort code for processing your payment.

Payments are made via a secure SSL server provided by the company heidelpay GmbH.

You can pay by direct debit. If your bank account is located in a country where direct debit is not available, please contact our Support.

Will my subscription be automatically renewed?

Your subscription for the Plus package is automatically renewed for another 12 months it is not cancelled at least 30 days before the end of the 12 month period. If the subscription is renewed we will automatically debit the charges due from your account.

The charges could not be paid by direct debit because my bank account has changed. What should I do?

Click on "Administration, properties" to reselect the Plus package and restart the payment process.

Your data remains stored in the Plus package for 4 weeks after the subscription period has expired.

Can I change the tariff I selected?

You can access and change your selected tariff by clicking on "Administration, Display properties".

You can change from the Basic package to the Plus package at any time. You can find information regarding prices, services and payments under “Service, Prices". You can use the extensive features of the Plus package as soon as you have completed the payment process.

You can cancel your subscription for the Plus package at the end of the subscription period and switch to the free Basic package. The subscription period is 12 months beginning from the date of payment.
