How can I register with residencio ?

Registering with residencio is simple and straightforward. You can find the registration form in the navigation bar under “Personal data“, “Registration”.

You will receive confirmation online and by E-mail after you have filled out and sent the form. Your E-mail contains your login details which you can use to directly login to residencio.

What benefits do I have from registering?

You can submit as many holiday properties as you want to the residencio database.

You only have to enter your contact details once when you register. Your contact details will be automatically assigned to each property you submit.

You can store your own personal list of holiday properties as your favourites, manage them and send them to friends and family.

If you select the option "Newsletter" you will regularly receive information about residencio’s services.

How can I change my personal data?

You can check and, if necessary, change the saved information by following the link on the navigation bar “Personal data, change data”.

If you change your E-mail address we require verification. You will receive an automatically generated E-mail for confirmation.

Changes made to your contact information will be automatically stored and displayed with your properties accordingly.

How can I change my password?

You can change your password by going to the section "Personal data", “Change password".

Firstly, enter your old password and then your new password into the appropriate fields. You have to repeat your new password to guard against typing errors.

What should I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password we will send you your login details by E-Mail. Follow the link "Login" to the password prompt page.

Once you’ve typed in your E-Mail address you’ll be asked the “forgotten password“ question for security reasons. If you answer it correctly, we will send you your login details.

How can I subscribe to the newsletter?

There are 2 ways of subscribing. If you select the option "Newsletter" when you register it will automatically be sent to you.

If you just want to subscribe to the residencio newsletter please follow the "Newsletter" link in the navigation bar. You can then quickly fill out the simple subscription form.

How can I unsubscribe to the newsletter?

You can either deactivate the option Newsletter in the Personal data, Change data section or click on Newsletter in the top navigation bar to cancel your subscription.
