residencio is a renting agency for holiday houses and apartments through out the world. Our database contains a wide range of holiday houses around the world.

Property owners can advertise their properties on residencio which reaches a large, attractive tourist market.

Submitting your holiday properties is quick and simple. You can make changes at any time by logging in to your personal account.

All enquiries about your property from holidaymakers are sent to you directly. Holidaymakers can recommend your property to friends and family.

In our service section you will also find extensive information to help you plan your vacation. You can book flights, car rental and holiday insurance

How much does it cost to use residencio?

There is no general charge for using residencio

You can register with residencio for no charge. You can use all our services for free and submit as many holiday properties as you wish for no charge using our Basic account.

An alternative to our Basic package is our Plus package for which there is a charge. The Plus package has many advantages over the Basic package. Features include up to 20 pictures per property, a link to your homepage, higher ranking in search results, statistics, picture enlargement and the "Tip of the Day" rotation.

Our attractive Plus package is available at an annual subscription rate of 55 Euro.

How much does it cost me to advertise my property?

Subscriptions and renting of holiday properties are all free.

All enquiries and bookings made on residencio are free.

Property owners will only be charged for subscribing to our Plus package.
