What data do I have to give residencio and what will it be used for?

When you register with residencio you are required to enter your personal data such as, name, address, telephone number and E-mail address. This data will be shown online along with your submitted properties and anyone who is interested in your property will be able to access this data to enable them to contact you.

You are also required to submit a personal username. A password will be generated by the system and sent to you by E-mail. You can change your password at anytime.

You can also subscribe to the residencio newsletter. This newsletter is sent periodically and contains the latest information about residencio.

You can log into residencio at any time using your username and password.

Will my data be passed on to third parties?

Any interested holidaymaker will be able to access your data to make enquiries. Holidaymakers can print out your data in order to fax or post you an enquiry.

Your data will not be given to any third parties.

How can I change or delete my data?

You can delete your data by clicking on “personal data, registration” and then the “sign out” button which can be found on the top right side beneath “imprint”. You have to verify the signing out process by entering your username and password.

You can change the saved information by following the link on the navigation bar “Personal data, change data”.

Please note that all the data registered in your profile and all stored properties, your favourites lists etc. will be deleted. Charges paid on your properties expire when they are deleted.

What must I observe when I visit external internet sites?

residencio provides links to external websites. residencio cannot influence the data protection rules of these external websites. Please inform yourself as to security technologies and privacy policies in place on external websites.
