How can I find a particular holiday home by using keywords or a specified property number?

You can find the options search by keywords or property numbers in the navigation bar by clicking the buttons “search”, “search keywords”.

In the “search keyword” field enter one or more search criteria separated by the space button.

Please enter the property number in the given search field to search directly for a particular property using the property number.

When you click on “start search” residencio searches the entire database for holiday homes which match your search criteria and lists the results.

If the search does not give you the desired results click “change search” and enter different search criteria or try one of the other search functions.

How can I search for a holiday home when I already know where I want to go and how much money I want to spend?

Please use the search function “detailed search” on the navigation bar.

The detailed search enables you with the help of dropdown menus to search for a holiday home by destination, the number of people accompanying you, property type, occupancy rate and also by price of the holiday package.

Click on “start search” to search the whole of residencio for suitable holiday homes and a list of results will be displayed.

If you are not happy with the search results expand your search by selecting “any” for some of the search criteria or try one of the other search functions.

How can I search if I want a holiday home with a fixed set of features?

You should use the option “combined search” in the navigation bar under search functions, keyword search.

The combined search is a combination of the keyword search and detailed search.

I.e you could with the help of drop down menus search for desired holiday destinations, by entering the number of people accompanying you, entering the object type, by occupacy rate and also by price of the holiday package. You could do this by entering one or more keywords separated by the space button.

Additionally, you could search your holiday destination , by specific details ,like pool availability, children friendly location, smoking status, or if pets are allowed or not.

With “start search” you could search the whole database for suitable holiday objects or destination and a list of possible holiday destinations will be displayed.

I.e. you can search for a holiday home with the help of drop down menus by destination, the number of people accompanying you, property type, occupancy rate and also by price of the holiday package. You can also enter one or more keywords separated by the space button.

Additionally, you can specify whether your holiday home should, for example, have a pool, be child friendly, smoking or non-smoking, or whether pets are permitted.

Click on “start search” to search the whole database for suitable holiday properties and the results will be listed.

If the search does not give you the desired results click “change search” and enter different search criteria or try one of the other search functions.

What should I do if my search does not give me any results?

Enter fewer keywords or change the search criteria.

If you are using the detailed and combined search you will get more results by choosing ”any” for some criteria.

If you are using the combined search you will get more results by removing attributes such as “children friendly” or “pool availability” etc.

The search has listed too many results. How can I minimize my selection?

Depending on the search function you selected, enter more keywords, separated by the space button.

Furthermore, you can search using the drop down menu in the detailed and combined search to get more precise results.

Use the combined search to get more refined results, for example by specifying attributes such as “child friendly” or “pool availability” etc.
